You are perfectly capable of dragging yourself out of bed in the morning and getting on with your day – without a cup of liquid to help – unknown
Haven’t drunk coffee in a good while now and I do not particularly enjoy it when I do, I’ve never made it for myself either however I do remember my Mum making it for me, long black with loads of sugar in it (I believe, never asked!) Weirdly enough I drank them in the evening mot of the time but never had trouble sleeping.
Its hard to argue against calling coffee a drug when you see how people behave when they do not have it in the morning!
This is quite simply the best kind of energy that you could possibly have. If you start to rely on coffee you become addicted to it. Imagine waking up and having the energy to go through your day without relying on caffeine. As long as you eat well, exercise and get enough sleep, with time you will definitely find yourself going through a positive change and find yourself relying less on coffee.
Gives energy up-to a point
While it is true that coffee does give a boost for concentration the more you drink it the more tolerant you would become towards it as your body builds up its immune system for it. So maybe go easy on your next cup!
For most people, particularly travelers, coffee can be expensive, also one is tempted to add more snacks to that coffee order, especially those that decide to have a laptop club going into the store.
Caffeine effects your mood
There’s no doubt that coffee does alter your mood. If you do allow it to consume your life it will have an impact on your daily activities.
